Biosafety Cabinet is personnel safety and protection facilities that shall control the polluted aerosol emission at the first barrier to keep the operator or environment away from its hazards. Biosafety Cabinet can be divided into three kinds: Class I, Class II and Class III. The most widely used is Class II A2 type: 30% exhaust, 70% air circulate. Class II B2 type : 100% air exhaust.
