Measurement principle
According to the visible spectrum analysis technique, the light absorption and reflection of colloidal gold particles at a specific wavelength are related to the amount of colloidal gold particles. The intensity of light absorption and reflection on the T and C lines of colloidal gold cards is detected by photoelectric sensor, and the ratio of the two peak areas (Dr) is calculated accordingly. Then the standard curve is made according to the ratio of the standard concentration to the peak area. In the actual test process, the ratio of the two peak areas is obtained by the gold standard card reader, and the concentration of the object to be measured can be obtained according to the drawn standard curve, and the test results can be intuitively obtained.
