The graphite furnace visualization system can visually monitor the dynamic evolution of the sample during the drying, ashing, and burning processes inside the graphite tube, and conveniently observe the optimal position and depth of the capillary needle of the autosampler entering the graphite tube,and the position of the platform inserted in the graphite tube to ensure the analysis accuracy and the life of the graphite tube.
The CCD camera installed in the instrument cooperates with the video capture software to monitor the inside of the graphite furnace in real time. The capillary injection needle and platform can be clearly displayed, which facilitates the operation of analysts and ensures high reliability of analysis.

● Gas stability
The computer is used to control the gas flow. Due to the electronic flow controller, the gas output is more stable and the flow resolution is higher.

● Optical stability
The optical system of the whole instrument is sealed in a shield to isolate it from the environment of the laboratory and maintain the stability of the optical path.
With the design of the integrated suspension shock absorber optical platform, the anti-seismic capacity of the optical system is enhanced, and the influence of mechanical deformation caused by temperature change on the optical system is reduced, even if the optical signal is used for a long time.
