Fermentor should be strictly sealed during design and processing, resistant to steam sterilization, avoid dead corner, easy to clean, with good heat exchange performance. 1.After the fermentor is cleaned, add medium and close the tank lid tightly. Calibrate pH and DO electrodes and insert them into electrode ports, then tighten. The motor, pH electrode, DO electrode, defoaming electrode port are wrapped with tin foil, and air filter is installed at the air inlet. Clamp the connection pipe and sampling pipe with a clip. Control exhaust pipeline to open properly with screw clip, and wrap the exhaust pipeline with eight layers of gauze. 2.Sterilize the fermentor 3. After the fermentor is cooled down, connect the circuits of the motor, pH electrode, DO electrode, and defoaming electrode, and install the temperature electrode into the temperature measurement port. Connect the circulating water pipeline, turn on the water circulation, and set the temperature to automatic. Connect the other end of the air filter is to the aeration device, and switch on the flow meter is to let air enter the tank. 4.Enter the fermentation stage when reaching the required temperature. 1)Set the parameters of the fermentation process and calibrate the DO electrode to 100%. 2)Adjust the tank pressure to less than 0.02Mpa for inoculation, and immediately increase the tank pressure. 3)Switch the fermentor to the start state. 5.After the end of the fermentation stage, switch the fermentor to the end state, and obtain fermentation broth. 6.Rinse the tank with distilled water. After cleaning, add an appropriate amount of distilled water to soak the electrode (if the use interval is long, the electrode should be taken out and stored properly). Close all valves, close the control program, and switch off the main power.

Microorganism and cell culture need suitable temperature. In order to control the temperature in different stages of the fermentation process, the fermentor should have sufficient heat exchange area. 5.The interior of the fermentor should be polished to ensure thorough sterilization and cleaning. 6.The fermentor needs to be equipped with reliable detection and control devices. 7.The agitator should have a tight seal without leakage.
