INNOVA Pilot Scale - Benchtop Freeze Dryer
INNOVA Pilot Scale - Benchtop Freeze Dryer with compact size, and can be placed on lab desktop to realize pilot test function. In situ freeze drying, no need to move samples, and it is more convenient to use.
Configuration
Freeze-drying principle and process
● Coil-type cold condenser, the refrigerant circulates in the coil, and the coil can be in direct contact with water vapor. This design allows the cold condenser to have the lowest temperature, allowing water vapor to condense in time. In addition, as freeze-drying proceeds, the condensation area becomes larger and larger, causing the condensation efficiency to gradually increase.
● The shelf cool down quickly, which is conducive to rapid freezing of samples, effectively reducing or avoiding damage to the samples during the freezing process, maximizing the biological activity of the samples, and ensuring the freeze-drying effect. Shelf heating speed: average 3.3℃/ min. Shelf cooling rate: average 2℃/ min.
● 40 programs can be set, each with 40 sections of temperature control, to meet the different freeze-drying process requirements of users.
●Manual and automatic integrated program mode. The manual program mode can realize artificial exploration of process parameters in stages; the automatic program mode can be started with one click. From pre-freezing, starting the vacuum pump to the end of freeze-drying, the whole process runs automatically without human operation.
Alarm function
● With refrigeration system fault self-diagnosis function
● With vacuum pump due maintenance alarm
● Vacuum degree over-limit alarm
● Alarm records are automatically stored and can be queried in real time. Alarms are prompted in three ways: sound, light, and text at the same time.
Data storage
● Current and historical freeze-drying data and freeze-drying curves can be viewed in real time.
● large-capacity FAT32 file system stores various data. The screen can store 10,000 items and the screen can display 100 items.
● Standard USB interface for direct download of freeze-drying data.
