Regular maintenance
In order to ensure the stable quality of products and normal operation of the equipment, please make regular maintenance according to the aspects below:
S.N | Component | Every time | 2 month | 6 month |
1 | Condenser heat sink cleaning | ●
2 | Vacuum pump oil change | ●
3 | Oil mist filter | ● | ||
4 | Drying chamber cleaning | ●
5 | Cold trap cleaning | ● |
Regular inspection
The inspection period depends on the frequency of use of the equipment and the physical life of the equipment components themselves. Check the periodic table according to the aspects below.
S/N | Component | 2 month | 6 month | yearly |
1 | Silicone seal | ● | ||
2 | Compressor | ● | ||
3 | Condenser | ● | ||
4 | Circulation pump | ● | ||
5 | Refrigeration accessories | ●
6 | Electrical parts | ● | ||
7 | HV Protection switch | ●
8 | Vacuum pump | ● | ||
9 | Hydraulic station | ● | ||
10 | Defrosting zone | ● | ||
11 | Vacuum meter | ● |
Common troubleshooting and alarm
S/N | Fault | Problem judgment and troubleshooting measures |
1 | Touch screen does not light up | Check whether the power supply is abnormal. |
Check whether the main power cord is connected securely.
Check whether the power switch is on
2 | Vacuum pump does not run | Check whether the vacuum pump power cord is connected securely. |
Check whether the cold trap temperature has reached the start-up temperature.
3 | Vacuum degree cannot reach below 10Pa | Check the connection between the vacuum pump and the main machine and whether the clamp is properly clamped. |
Check whether the acrylic door is clean and damaged.
Check whether the silicone seal is clean and properly placed.
Check whether the vacuum pump is working properly and whether the pump oil is clean.
Check whether the door and inflation valve are closed.
4 | Vacuum alarm | When the alarm occurs, the vacuum degree control setting value may be unreasonable when the current vapor evaporation is greater than the upper limit of the alarm setting. Modify the vacuum degree value to be reasonable. For more information, see the alarm description below. |
5 | Pump oil maintenance alarm | Set a prompt to replace the pump oil once every 500 hours of maintenance time in the background. After replacing the pump oil, click Reset. Clear the cumulative time. |
6 | Level 1 HV protection alarm | The compressor HV pressure exceeds the set value of the HV protector during normal operation. 1. If the refrigerant is too much, and the exhaust pressure is too high, part of the refrigerator should be released. 2. If the ambient temperature is too high, and the exhaust pressure increases, ventilation and heat dissipation can reduce the exhaust pressure. |
7 | Level 2 Too high voltage protection alarm | The compressor HV pressure exceeds the set value of the HV protector during normal operation. 1. If the refrigerant is too much, and the exhaust pressure is too high, part of the refrigerator should be released. 2. If the ambient temperature is too high, and the exhaust pressure increases, ventilation and heat dissipation can reduce the exhaust pressure. |
8 | Too high ambient temperature alarm | If the ambient temperature is too high and heat dissipation is poor, please place the machine in a suitable temperature and well-ventilated place to reduce the ambient temperature. |
9 | Two high temperature alarm of cold trap | Check whether the process settings are normal and whether the equipment is working properly. Whether the product load is too large, the temperature is too fast, and the water vapor is too much, resulting in the temperature rise. Reduce heating speed and material loading. |
10 | Vacuum pump oil leak | Check the body part for damage or leakage, and contact the manufacturer to replace the required parts. Check whether the vacuum pump is tilted. |
11 | Power failure alarm | If an equipment power failure prompt is received, please immediately check whether it belongs to centralized power failure. If it belongs to equipment cause, ask a professional electrician to carry out relevant test, and do not start up the machine again. |
12 | Level 1 thermal overload protection | If Compressor 1 is overheated, check whether there is any problem with the related system and whether the system is blocked and overloaded. |
13 | Level 2 thermal overload protection | If Compressor 2 is overheated, check whether there is any problem with the related system and whether the system is blocked and overloaded. |
14 | Vacuum pump thermal overload protection | If the vacuum pump is overheated, check whether vacuum pump lack of oil and whether the lack phase of three-phase motor causes overheating. |
15 | Thermal overload protection of hydraulic station | The hydraulic station is overloaded and cannot be closed immediately after use. The hydraulic station is opened for a long time and the motor is overheated, resulting in overloading. |
